A REMOTE HIDEAWAY FROM CIVILIZATION
THE MOST EXTRAORDINARY WHALE PETTING ENCOUNTER
Perhaps the most life altering wildlife encounter on the planet can be found at San Ignacio Lagoon, where 40 ton Gray Whales and their newborn calves display an unbelievable curiosity to meet people up close and personal in the protection of their birthing lagoon.

Mother Gray whales approach boats and encourage humans to scratch, pet and sing at them and their newly born calves. Over the years, this has become a regular occurrence only at San Ignacio Lagoon.
